Summer has arrived (apparently!) and we�ve been working hard on bringing a bit of sunshine into your lives with our latest release StormIQ 2.4.

New Reports

We have added some exciting new reports:

User Lifecycle Reporting – Access the full lifecycle of a user, including how they arrived at your site, what they did during that visit and all previous visits.

Here at DC Storm we are really excited about this new reporting feature as it allows you to see the true value of a user over multiple visits and landings. This data is available from the date your campaign went live so you can start understanding user behaviour now!

Page Performance Report – See which pages have helped contribute to a sale or a conversion, analyse how well specific pages on your site are performing and of course group and filter by any field you choose.

Process Performance Report – In order to make analysing sign up processes even easier we have added the Process Performance Report to complement the existing Process Analysis graph. Identify drop off points in your sign ups, as well as see which processes are proving to be the most successful. Filter the processes by particular traffic sources to identify poor or well performing campaigns.

Ch..ch..changes

We’ve had a bit of a reshuffle in StormIQ™. We have moved Traffic Source Configuration into the Analytics tab (previously in the Admin tab). Here you can set up traffic sources, be it banners, affiliates or email campaigns, configure how long to track a traffic source for as well as set up conversion rules. Multi channel reporting has never been easier to set up and report on!

This session will introduce the new features of version 2.4 to enable you to immediately benefit from the new reports and functionality.

So what’s coming up in Version 2.5?

Life doesn’t stand still here in Brighton. We have already started work on version 2.5 and this is where it starts to get exciting….

Scheduled for release in version 2.5 we have:

 

• New reporting interface with much improved usability and functionality
• Introduction of scheduled reports
• Enhanced customised reports – select the fields you want in a report, select the filters and save the report so you can either schedule it or run it again later.
• Custom pivot table reporting
