Our new release offers some exciting new reporting features to ensure you can get the most out of your data.

Page Performance

The Page Performance Report allows you to analyse the performance of specific pages on your site.

• View average visit time spent on a specific page
• See if a page has been part of a visit that has resulted in a conversion
• Analyse how many times a page has been viewed

Process Performance

The Process Performance Report allows you to view all the processes you have set up for a site in report format.

• View all process and step names
• View how many pages have been viewed
• View process completions of a signup
• Analyse which steps have been part of a converting visit

User Lifecycle

Analyse the lifecycle of each user that has entered your site to see how users are arriving to your site and how they are behaving.

• Available on Visitor Drilldown, Sales/Action, Page Performance, and Process Performance
• Analyse each of your users entire life cycle
• View landings against subsequent visits
• See where users have arrived from
• See which keyword and search terms users are entering your site via
• View page views, sales and conversion data

Relocation of Analytics Configuration

Site Traffic Sources (previously located in the Admin tab) has now been moved to Analytics/Configuration.

• Set up and view traffic sources
• View Conversion Rules attributed to traffic sources as well as cookie length and example tracking URL’s
• Removed unnecessary fields
