API to all the engines

Our Storm Search Engine API is responsible for the flow of data to and from the search engines. Whether you're optimising keywords or synchronising campaigns, the Storm Search Engine API does the hard work for you.

Hourly optimisation at individual keyword level

StormOptimiser™ optimises listings on a one by one basis. As soon as a listing is ready to optimise, it is picked up by our bespoke optimisation services and optimised via the search engine APIs. This means StormOptimiser™ can manage very large and complex campaigns.

Date Part Targeting (DPT)

DPT allows you to vary your bid values at peak and trough traffic times to maximise your campaigns performance and ROI.

Dynamic Positioning (Drop or Raise)

Dynamic Positioning allows you to either drop or raise one position in the marketplace to a percentage value. Drop one position if you are going to save more than a specified percentage per click. Raise one position if it will not cost you more than a specified percentage per click.

Synchronise campaigns with the search engines

Full campaign synchronisation is built into StormOptimiser™. If you've made significant changes to your campaigns at the engines, synchronise to reflect those changes in StormOptimiser™. Or, if you have a new campaign to import, simply click synchronise to import your Listings and Creatives.

Listings Interface

The Listings interface uses Ajax technology to deliver smooth actions and swift results. Users can search for listings against groups, strategies, status or even performance (clicks, spend, ROI etc) across custom date ranges. Identify poor/strong performing keywords and make strategy changes without the need to compile separate reports.

Storm Submissions

Want to make bulk changes to your Listings? Using our Submissions Export and Import functions allows you to do this with minimum effort. Choose the data you want to work with, export it to Excel, make your changes and re-import. Simple!

Budget targeting

Using our daily budgeting function can give you real control over where your budget is spent. Set individual daily budgets across the week.

Custom Integration

DC Storm has developed the Storm API™ which can be integrated with in-house client systems. The API allows the client access to any StormIQ™ data via an XML/SOAP webservice or via a preconfigured Storm API™ toolkit. In addition, client data can be pushed to StormIQ™. For instance, if there are offline conversions, this data can be fed back into StormIQ™ and aggregated into the standard online reports.
