Usability Feedback

We listened closely to your feedback from our usability review and as a result have fed this information back into Storm to make the interface cleaner and more intuitive.

Dataview Definitions

Data views are important as they show different perspectives on your data. We have now included definitions directly within the interface to help you access the information you need. You can find these definitions when you select a dataview.

Hide API Key for Google

We have tidied up the Account Admin interface within Optimiser; you will now only see the option ‘API Key’ when you have selected the search engine MSN. MSN require you to enter an API key to use their API services.

Graphing Checkbox

The checkbox to graph your results has been moved to the bottom of the screen to make the graphing process more logical.

New Schedules Dialogue

Now when you run a schedule immediately (by right clicking your schedule and selecting ‘Run Now’ you will see a new dialogue box informing you your schedule has successfully run. You can then access your reports from your chosen output.

Download Button

The download button within the Download Centre has a brand new icon with some additional hover over help to ensure it is obvious and intuitive to new users.

New Functionality

Update Emails
We want to give users as much information on Storm as possible and have been sending you regular update emails on new functionality (just like this one!). We have now added the option for you to opt in or out of receiving update emails.
